Disclaimer
Every Loom & Co rug is handmade—no machines, ever. That means slight quirks in color, pattern, or texture are totally normal (and totally beautiful).
Natural variations aren’t flaws—they’re what make your rug unique. The finishing process for our Luxe rugs require weeks of natural sunlight, gently fading the colors to aged perfection and creating true one-of-a-kind works of art.
Each piece is meticulously knotted and inspected before it ships.
Colors may appear differently on screens.
Our photos are unfiltered and taken in natural light.
Color cards are not available for Luxe Collection.
Note for smaller sizes: Rugs sized 5×7 and under will feature slight design or scale variations compared to larger area rugs.
Details
After being woven and washed by hand in Turkey, each rug is laid outdoors under the open sky, where natural sunlight slowly mellows the dyes. This time-honored process creates soft, uneven fading that adds depth, warmth, and a beautifully aged character that can’t be replicated.
Color cards are not available for our Luxe rugs.
Clean at home by vacuuming as needed or spot treat by dabbing with warm water and a clear mild dish soap. Professional cleaning recommended.
Shipping & Delivery
Your rug is made just for you—most ship in 90–120 days.
All other lead times will be notated:
- Ready to Ship within 14 days
- Ships Soon within 30 days
- Quick Ship within 60–75 days
- Luxe within 180–270 days
- Runner sizes will add an additional 2-3 weeks to lead time
Every rug is hand-knotted and inspected with care. Tracking is emailed once it ships from our US warehouse.
