When will my rug ship?
Your rug is made just for you—most ship in 90–120 days.
All other lead times will be notated:
- Ready to Ship within 14 days
- Quick Ship within 60–75 days
- Luxe within 180–270 days
- Runner sizes will add an additional 2-3 weeks to lead time
Every rug is hand-knotted and inspected with care. Natural variations = character, not flaws. Tracking is emailed once it ships from our US warehouse.
What is a color card? Do you have samples?
No 1x1 samples here—our color cards show the real fibers to help you perfect your palette. They are our go-to for help matching colors and fabrics. Use them as a guide only, as dye lots and weaving can affect saturation.
What sizes are available? I don’t see my size!
We’ve got you covered in all the go-to standard sizes: 2x3, 3x5, 4x6, 5x7, 6x9, 8x8, 8x10, 9x12, 10x10, 10x14, 12x12, and 12x15.

What are your rugs made of?
All of our oushak-style rugs are made of 100% wool on cotton backing—except the Luxe Collection. The Luxe Collection is a curated capsule of authentic Turkish rugs, handwoven with 100% wool and organic dyes.
How are your rugs made?
All of our rugs are handmade and hand-knotted—never machine-made. Natural variations in color, pattern, texture, and wool feel are part of their charm, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
Our artisans tie hundreds of thousands of knots with care, and every rug is meticulously inspected before shipping. These natural quirks are not flaws—they’re character.
Where are your rugs made?
Our rugs are handmade in India and Turkey by third generation weavers.

Every Loom & Co rug is handmade—no machines, ever. That means slight quirks in color, pattern, or texture are totally normal (and totally beautiful).
Each piece is meticulously knotted and inspected before it ships. Natural variations aren’t flaws—they’re what make your rug unique.
Note: Colors may appear differently on screens. Our photos are unfiltered and taken in natural light—order a color card for the truest match.
Smaller rugs = tighter pattern.
Smaller sizes (2x3, 3x5) feature a tighter design scale than larger rugs. Overhead images show an 8x10 or larger.
Handmade = unique.
Expect up to 1–6" size variance.
Care & Cleaning Q's
How do I clean my rug?
Warning: Beater brush = rug damage.Vacuum with brush off. Dab spills with hot water + clear, mild soap.For deep cleaning, use a professional who specializes in handmade oushak rugs.
How do I remove wrinkles from shipping?
Unwrap immediately to prevent deep wrinkles.
Roll tight like a Tootsie Roll for 24–48 hours.
Or lay flat—wrinkles will take longer to smooth out.
My rug is shedding, is that normal?
Wool sheds—totally normal, and it settles with time and use.
My rug has loose threads, what do I do?
Do NOT pull! Snip loose threads with scissors—all 288,000+ knots are working hard.
How do I store my rug?
To store: roll snug, face out, cover with white/light cloth, keep cool & dry.
Return Guidelines
What is your return policy?
Loom & Co offers FREE returns within 30 days of receipt of product.
A 15% restocking fee per rug will be incurred.
Loom & Co does not accept returns or cancellations on the following items:
- Custom Orders
- Color Cards
- Lightly Loved
- Gift Cards
What is your refund policy?
Upon receipt of returned item(s), Loom & Co will inspect item(s) to ensure no damage has been incurred prior to issuing any refund.
Loom & Co reserves the right to refuse return items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.
Returns made within 30 days of receipt of the product will be issued a refund - minus a 15% restocking fee per rug - back to the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
What is your exchange policy?
Loom & Co will accept exchanges within 15 days of receipt of product.
Loom & Co reserves the right to refuse exchanged items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse by the client.

What is your cancellation policy?
Loom & Co will offer a full refund if the cancellation is requested within 24 hours of order placement.
Cancellation requests made after 24 hours of order placement will incur a 15% restocking fee per rug.
