EXCHANGE POLICY

Loom & Co accepts exchanges within 15 days of product receipt.

All items must be returned in as-new condition. Loom & Co reserves the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of damage, wear, or misuse.

REFUND POLICY

Returns requested within 30 days of product receipt are eligible for a refund minus a 50% restocking fee per rug or store credit, issued to the original form of payment. 

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Loom & Co reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that are not in as-new condition due to damage or misuse.

Cut carpet orders that are non-standard sizes are non-refundable and non-returnable. Loom & Co standard sizes include: 2×3, 3×5, 3×8, 3×9, 3×10, 4×6, 5×7, 6×9, 8×8, 8×10, 9×12, 10×10, 10×14, 12×12, and 12×15.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are not permitted after 24 hours of order placement.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
