Exchanges
We are pleased to offer exchanges within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in pristine, unused condition.

Returns & Refunds
Returns requested within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for:

• • - A refund, subject to a 50% restocking adjustment per rug, or
  • - Store credit issued to your original form of payment

All returns are carefully reviewed to ensure they meet our quality standards.

To maintain the integrity of our collections, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation:

• - Non-standard size orders
• - Discounted rugs
• - Color cards
• - Final sale items
• - Gift cards

Our standard rug sizes include:
2×3, 3×5, 3×8, 3×9, 3×10, 4×6, 5×7, 6×9, 8×8, 8×10, 9×12, 10×10, 10×14, 12×12, 12×15.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
